Services

Socio-Emotional Assessment (SEA)

Pre-forensic assessment

A comprehensive evaluation that explores how a child interacts with the significant systems in their life, including their family, school, peers, and broader environment. The assessment considers how these interactions with these systems influence the child's emotional and social functioning and overall wellbeing. Where appropriate, standardised trauma screening tools may be administered to assess the impact of adverse experiences. Recommendations are provided with the child's best interests as the primary consideration.

Forensic Assessment

A specialised, impartial assessment conducted to investigate allegations of child abuse. The evaluation involves a structured forensic interview, guided by internationally recognised best practices, to gather information in a developmentally appropriate and evidence-based manner while considering alternative explanations. Following the evaluation, a comprehensive forensic report is prepared outlining the findings and professional opinions. Where required, expert witness testimony can be provided to assist the court.

Neutral mandate: forensic work is neutral and objective. Kristilique does not act for either party; her role is to assist the court in the child's best interests.

Supervised Contact

Supervised contact may be considered when there are concerns that a child's welfare could be compromised during time spent with a parent. Its purpose is to provide a safe and structured setting in which the parent-child relationship can continue while safeguarding the child's emotional and physical well-being. During these visits, all interactions take place in the presence of an impartial third party whose role is to observe and ensure that the contact remains appropriate and free from conflict. This form of contact is commonly implemented in matters involving allegations of abuse, neglect, exposure to domestic violence, or other circumstances that may place the child at risk, allowing the child's safety to remain the foremost priority while preserving the opportunity for ongoing parental contact.

Parental Guidance

Professional guidance and psychoeducation to support parents in strengthening parenting skills, improving communication, managing challenging behaviours, and promoting healthy child development.

Individual Counselling

Confidential therapeutic support tailored to an individual's unique emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial needs, promoting personal growth and resilience.

Employee Debriefing

Confidential debriefing sessions that provide employees with emotional support following stressful or traumatic workplace experiences, promoting wellbeing and resilience.

Group Work

Structured group sessions designed to provide education, support, and therapeutic intervention while encouraging peer learning and shared experiences.

Awareness and Educational Campaigns

Interactive workshops, presentations, and community initiatives aimed at increasing awareness, providing education, and promoting prevention on a range of social, mental health, and child protection topics.
